Antique George III Quality Mahogany Bureau Bookcase
About the Item
Antique George III quality mahogany bureau bookcase having a shaped moulded cornice with a mahogany frieze above a pair of quality mahogany astral glazed doors opening to reveal three shelves and boasts the attractive original brass escutcheons. The bureau having a quality mahogany fall opening to reveal a fitted interior consisting of eight pigeon holes and seven drawers, a cupboard door to the centre opening to reveal two secret drawers above four long mahogany drawers with a moulded edge and pierced brass backplate, handles and escutcheons standing on original shaped bracket feet
A handsome all original example displaying a very appealing colour.
