About the Item
Delicate, soft-touch matte furniture collection — inspired by the Art Nouveau aesthetics. Nouveau draws from the work of Art Nouveau artists such as František Bílek. Paying homage to their interdisciplinarity, the furniture crosses the borders between applied and fine arts. I designed the sculptural solitaires, which then the visual artist Taja Spasskova etched using a woodburning technique that was typical of the era. Beveled edges. Delicate miter joints. Soft presence.
Limited edition of 6 pieces in this colorway, full series of 33 pieces.
Each product comes with a Certificate of Artwork Authenticity, signed and dated by the author.
Designed & meticulously hand-crafted in the Czech Republic.
