Magnificent and ultra rare Art Deco Amsterdamse School bookcase or vitrine.
Design by Napoleon le Grand for 't Modelhuis N. Le Grand Amsterdam.
Striking Dutch design from the 1920s.
Solid oak base with original hand carved decorative solid Macassar ebony elements.
Both sides are inlaid with original Macassar ebony veneer.
Original locks and key are in good working order.
This wonderful Art Deco Amsterdamse School bookcase or vitrine by Napoleon le Grand for 't Modelhuis N. Le Grand Amsterdam is in very good refinished condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
We will ship this one of a kind museum piece in a custom made wooden crate for safe transport when purchased by overseas buyers!
