About the Item
A pair of early 19th Century Regency period figured rosewood Open Bookshelves of unusual small proportions, in the manner of Gillows of Lancaster, having brass galleried mirror backed upper parts above beaded friezes and reeded edged adjustable shelves flanked by lotus carved moulded columns. The Bookshelves with moulded bases supported on turned “melon” feet.
