Stunning Painted 4 Door Secretaire Library Bookcase
About the Item
An early 20th century, good quality painted mahogany 4-door secretaire breakfront library bookcase, the moulded cornice above four astragal glazed doors, opening to adjustable shelves, interior painted in blue jeans. The lower section with central fall front secretaire drawer opening to a leather inset writing surface and an arrangement of drawers and pigeon holes, flanked by a set of 4 graduated drawers on one side and a cupboard door on the other side, above a central pair of cupboard doors. All standing on an integral plinth base. Working locks and keys. Superb quality and great colour.
