Solid Walnut, c. 1850, Tuscan Buffet

About the Item

Large, Mid-19th century, clipped corner, paneled buffet with a large single drawer over two-doors below. The whole on a raised base. Antique gilded bronze knobs are replacement knobs, not original to piece.

    Replacements made: Antique gilded bronze knobs on drawer not original to piece. Repaired: Some old restorations to the base. Replaced piece of wood on front right corner, old repair, noted on image. Wear consistent with age and use. Minor losses. Minor structural damages. Missing piece of trim on right side not noticeable from front, but is from right side (image) NOTE: Some images show buffet before knobs added.
