Antique French Louis XIV Gray Washed Fruitwood marble top buffet is a superlative example of fine French craftsmanship created from luxurious indigenous fruitwood and topped with elegant contoured and beveled marble with brass hinges, key guards and drawer pulls to create a fantastic effect. With contoured and finely molded panels even on the sides and corner posts, it features carved floral and foliates including stylized acanthus plumes across the facade. Two sizeable cabinets provide excellent storage, and between them at the center is an open framed display area with shelf for two surfaces to show off your finest in style. The apron is a work of art unto itself, with sculpted detail on the undulating form extending the width of the piece, bracketed by boldly scrolled and carved legs. The natural earth tones of the marble combine with the sumptuous veining for a natural beauty that cannot be denied. Finally, our expert in-house staff provided a gray washed finish that is so in vogue, resulting in the perfect combination of style, flair and functionality!
