17th Century Long Oak Dresser Base
About the Item
A stunning late 17th century narrow solid oak farmhouse dresser base. Rectangular moulded planked top above 4 drawers with brass handles, above a pair of doors, flanked by 2 large oak panels all standing on a plinth base. Warm rich colour and patina! The oak boasting a rich depth. This is an extremely heavy, hard and rugged piece. England, circa 1690. Exceptional quality!! A charming piece with good colour and large proportions.
