Art Nouveau Two-piece Sideboard in Carved Walnut, France, circa 1900

About the Item

Superb buffet 2 bodies / dresser composed of: - in the upper part: 4 small drawers, 3 cupboards including a cathedral glass door, and a nicely carved pediment; - in the lower part: 2 large drawers and 1 large cupboard with double doors. All handles and keyholes are carved on a floral theme (leaves and fruits). Art Nouveau style / "Ecole de Nancy" (School of Nancy), France, around 1900. Unsigned, certainly a production of Édouard Diot. In excellent condition. Dimensions: height 241cm width 150cm depth 55cm.
