Its original shaped marble top is a marvelous wine color with white and charcoal veining throughout. The fantastic colors of the marble paired with the deep rich tones of the mahogany make this case piece extremely attractive. Below the marble top are three easy-to-use, paneled and trimmed drawers that feature centered cast brass rosettes surrounded by circular drop pulls with neoclassical detailing. Three large lower doors open up to ample storage space and each house a removable shelf. The top shelves measure 17-½” deep and the bottom shelves are 17” deep. All three doors have oval brass escutcheon plates and functioning locks. Three keys are present. Rounded and fluted corners are found throughout the whole which is raised on fluted turned legs with intricate neoclassical etchings...Category
