About the Item

An impressive vintage Kindel Furniture sideboard, circa 1970s. Features a mahogany frame with bowfront, serpentine front, crossbanding, inlay and brass gallery. Includes five dovetailed drawers with oval brass Sheraton / Federal style drawer pulls. The sideboard is supported by square tapered legs leading to spade feet. Marked along inside of the center drawer Dimensions: 21" x 60" x 42", surface 35.5"

Supported by cabriole legs with pad feet and squared back supports. Includes key. Henkel Harris was formed in 1946 by Carroll and Mary Henkel. The couple, along with a family friend John Harris, built their first piece of furniture in their basement, according to a company history posted on the Henkel Harris website.
