This is an antique gentleman's side cabinet. An English, mahogany club lounge stand, dating to the Edwardian period, circa 1910. Well appointed and attractive stand, ideal for relaxing beside a warm fire Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order Select stocks show fine grain interest and rich russet hues Dressed with quality brass drop handles and inset, brass-lined locks — in working order, key present Shaped back rest with buttresses finished with a six pipe storage rack Arranged as a wide drawer over a useful lower cupboard Offering three graduated shelves, well suited to keeping decanters and glasses Raised upon a quartet of graceful cabriole legs with pad feet This is a delightful antique gentleman's side stand with fine craftsmanship and appealing colour.
