Oak and Mahogany 36-Drawer Museum Collector’s Cabinet

About the Item

A good quality large oak collector’s cabinet with mahogany interior and dating to circa 1930. With three full length locking doors concealing a total of 36 drawers with inset military Campaign style brass handles and dovetailed joins. Solidly constructed and standing on a plinth base the large drawers would suit a variety of uses including mineral specimens or even filing of designs. Overall dimensions at the largest points are approximately: Width 57.75in (147cm) Depth 14.25in (46cm) Height 42.75in (108.5cm) Internal drawers sizes (width x depth x height): 16.5in x 11 5/8in x 2.75in 42cm x 29.5cm x 7cm.
