About the Item
Massive lacquered sideboard, entertainment center, chest of drawers, in faux marbleized finish, made by Elkins Industries c. 1970/80's. This impressive cabinet features two banks of six drawers, which flank a center case with two doors, that open to storage, originally designed to house a television. Postmodern, Hollywood Regency, Art Deco Revival design, in the style of Karl Springer, made by Elkins Industries, Elkins West Virginia.
This example is in very good, clean, original ready to use condition, showing only minor cosmetic wear, normal and consistent with age. Specifically, minor bruise to the top corner edge to the over hang shelf - please see images.
