Cappellini style RED CROSS CABINET. The original was designed by artist Thomas Ericksson in 1992 Symbolic design… Swedish designer Thomas Eriksson won several prices and his work is found in the permanent exhibition at the MoMA (Museum of Modern Art) in New York. As part of "The Cappellini Project Object Collection", he designed the Cross medicine cabinet in 1992. This creation has became a classic of modern design, and can be found in many homes and public spaces around the world.The starting point for Eriksson's design involved taking a well-known symbol - the traditional pharmacy cross - and to incorporate it into an everyday context, assigning it an even higher value. Cross is featured in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York. This colourful wall cabinet offers a modern and practical solution for storing your medicinal items. Once attached at a height, the Cross medicine cabinet will be out of reach for children, whilst also adding a decorative touch to your bathroom. Its high-end manufacture reveals great attention paid to even the slightest details. The perfect angles and shape of the Cross medicine cabinet were made possible by the laser-cut and folded steel techniques. Inside, two shelves offer you three different storage compartments (2 small and 1 large). This cabinet is just a bit smaller and almost identical in every way. It is made of red-enameled steel. It's classic, simple, and it is immediately recognizable as a collectors item. Its perfect for the bathroom, kitchen, entrance, kids bedroom or living room and will hold quite a bit of stuff.
