Bow Front Chest on Chest

About the Item

Regency period bow front tallboy chest on chest. The top chest boasts a detailed arcaded gothic cornice above an ebony and boxwood stringing and a 2 over 3 configuration. The base contains a brushing slide with 3 lower drawers above splayed feet adjoined by a sweeping stretcher. All constructed from wonderfully figured mahogany. English C 1810. Height 192cm Width 118cm Depth 60cm (measurements are approximate and are taken at the maximum points)
