About the Item
Italian chest of drawers, wood, glass and brass details, Vittorio Dassi, 1950s
Wood-framed chest of drawers or sideboard with beveled profiles and asymmetrically arranged drawers, of which three smaller ones are on the left and two wider ones placed on the right. Handles and ferrules are made of brass, while the four legs are made of wood. The top, on the other hand, is made of back-painted glass originally in black.
Designed by Vittorio Dassi for the Dassi company of the same name, production dates from around 1950.
Good condition, well preserved but not re-polished, with slight marks on various surfaces.

Precious and very elegant, this sideboard is truly of fine workmanship from a time that is no more.
