Italian Commode Louis XVI Style Rosewood, 20th Century
About the Item
Magnificent Italian chest of drawers in marquetry from the beginning of the 20th century. Chest of drawers in Louis XVI style very rich in marquetry opening with three drawers on the front. The amounts of the frontage are cut sides. Particularly beautiful molded feet. The marquetry in different wood species is dense and fine. On the set describes a genre scene in an antique setting. Likewise on the facade, an antique landscape framed with floral ornamentation. Finally, on the sides the floral marquetry is remarkable. The bronzed ones are sober and elegant decorated with vases with handles. Very decorative standard horns chest of drawers.
