About the Item

James Mont Style, Art Deco, Single Cabinet, Black Lacquer, Parquetry, France, 1930s A distinctive cabinet or nightstand on bracket style ebony bases supporting an open box case made of inlaid burlwood parquetry. Two swing-out doors are secured with a distinctive metal and bone Deco style latch set. The top and the bracket bottom has been refinished in an ebony color lacquer. Part of our enormous collection of custom black and white lacquered home furnishings done in our state of the art workshops. Lacquer, Parquetry France, c. 1930s H: 30.75" W: 38.75" D: 17.75"
