MidCentury Walnut and Art Glass Italian Commodes, 1950
About the Item
Very special design for this all-Italian chest of drawers in walnut wood and yellow and dove gray lacquered glass. Matching colors with a very fine taste.
The chest of drawers is formed by a central body which contains four drawers, stacked two by two; the fronts of these four drawers have a colored glass applied over them and can be opened by means of a very long brass handle. The colors used for the glass of the drawer fronts are ocher yellow and dove brown, a beautiful combination. The top of the chest of drawers is also in dove-brown glass. Particular design for the legs, positioned laterally to the body of the chest of drawers.
