ARIANNA chest of drawers
Handcrafted cabinet made in Italy from birch plywood and maple veneer.
This incredible chest of drawers equipped with "push and pull" mechanisms. features an entirely handmade mosaic decoration designed by Roberto Giulio Rida with 2900 total glass tesserae , the peculiarity of the workmanship is the three-dimensionality of the decoration that pays homage to the myth of ARIANNA , in that the plan of the labyrinth is made of high thickness plated glass while the path marked by the purple and green triangles is constructed of 3 millimeter thick glass , the craftsmanship required for the construction of this unique specimen is absolutely evident and moreover the path designed by Roberto presents an entrance and an exit from the labyrinth.
this one-of-a-kind specimen is one-of-a-kind and comes complete with fumigated wooden case in accordance with the law for international export.
