Neoclassical bedsides / end tables, France, 1950/60s

About the Item

Pair of neoclassical nightstands/end tables in the style of the Maison Jansen or Bagués, France, 1950s/60s. Brass structure with beautiful patina, composed of 4 fine columns nicely worked and detailed. Each table has a drawer lined inside with ultramarine blue felt. The lower level is a lightly smoked glass top. The top shelf is made of an old and original mirror with a light peach color. Given the age and past uses, the columns may have micro dents or slight curvatures, which impact neither their beauty nor their stability. The glass and mirrored tops are original and in good condition. The glass tops may have small spotted on the edges. The original felt inside the drawers may show slight wear.
