About the Item
An excellent pair of Mid Century Modern teak chests, dressers, Danish, Svend Madsen for Sigurd Hansen Mobelfabrik, 1960s.
Both chests are in excellent condition and have just been professionally & sympathetically restored in Bloomsbury's workshops.
Made from the finest figured teak and lined & backed with maple, to the left side each chest is fitted with seven drawers, the right side with a locking door (original key) enclosing five sliding 'linen press' trays.
This fabulous pair of MCM cabinets are ready to grace your home, possibly one of the nicest pairs of Danish modern teak chests one will see on 1stdibs!
