About the Item
Chic pair of Mid Century Bachelors chests by Mt. Airy as part of the Janus Collection series, circa 1960's. The dressers each feature three drawers, with carved wood leg details, and are constructed of solid walnut. Both are in good overall condition, both show some cosmetic flaws, as follows.
One chest has a visible cigarette burn at the top edge, one shows worn spots to the finish at the top surface, please see images.
Hard to find well designed bachelors chests , especially hard to find MCM examples in pairs.
