19th Century Rustic Dutch Low Buffet, Credenza

About the Item

19th Century rustic Dutch low buffet ~ credenza is the perfect choice for adding a medieval look to the room, with features that are truly amazing, especially given the straightforward construction from thick, solid oak planks that have weathered nicely over the past century and a half! The metalwork in forged steel gives it all its character and flair, with bolted on rosettes prominently placed on the sides and cabinet doors, accented with large hand-hammered strap hinges the allow the doors to open very wide revealing the weathered painted interior with two surfaces and interior drawers which add wonderful functionality. Only a bit over 16" deep, it will also have a minimal impact on your floor plan and traffic pattern through the room, making it ideal as a credenza behind the desk, along a wall, stairwell landing, even a rustic look for your foyer! Circa 1860s Measures 37.5H x 43W x 16.5D.
