Solid Elm & Brass Sideboard by Romanutti, Italy, 1970s

About the Item

This elm sideboard was sourced in Italy and is produced by Romanutti in the 1970s. Because it is completely made of elm, it has a French feeling to it, but the rounded edges and the brass details give away its Italian origin. It is also less heavy than the more often seen "Maison Regain" or the "Pierre Chapo" sideboards. The elmwood gives a warm feeling to its surroundings. This sideboard was made in a quite naïve way, making it very classy, sophisticated, and timeless. This is the perfect storage solution for any contemporary space and suits a lot of interior styles from boho-chic, Ibiza eclectic, vintage-style, refined rustic, or even a wabi-sabi interior. This sideboard is rarely seen, so you are sure to get an almost one-of-a-kind item. Check out the Daddy Deco storefront for more unique items!
