English Oak Bridgewater Dresser

An unusual 18th century English dresser of the "Bridgewater" type, so called because dressers of this type are found in an around the Somerset town of Bridgewater. The vernacular traits include the slab sides with shoe feet, drawer placement and open construction. Very good nutty patina.
