A good looking well made and decorative piece, it has a wood frame with some period frosted glass, this would have been used as a larger cupboard to keep food in etc and it has a drop front work surface for food prep
We have cleaned this piece and that's it, this is all about period originality so the paint work is amature, that's fine, there are patina marks all over, that's fine, its all about being untouched
