One of the greatest sets of American Studio/Craft Furniture by Wendell Castle. This desk and chair, made of vermilion wood, is certainly a tour de force by America's pre-eminent wood worker. Owned by a family in Rochester, NY, this desk and chair are new to the market, having been in a single family's possession since purchasing it from Wendell Castle in 1965.
