We are delighted to offer for sale this lovely original Authentic Models captains chair and desk in distressed French finish A very good looking well made and decorative suite, they have an intentional distressed finish to add to the antique look and feel, they also have additional patina from normal use and transport CAPTAIN’S DESK The Authentic Models Captain’s Desk is not just for the nautical themed study. With its black finish and handsome details, this desk sits proudly in any office space with traditional, campaign or antique features. It offers an array of document and stationary storage with a leather insert in the top for ease of use. STURDY CONSTRUCTION Due to the cramped conditions on board, the Captain’s Desk was designed to offer maximum comfort and storage in as small a space as possible. It also needed to be durable to withstand even the roughest of seas – hence the brass corners!
