English Arts & Crafts Handmade Dark Stained Solid Oak Desk with Side Shelves
About the Item
Solid oak English Arts & Crafts desk with built in side shelves and removable top for ease of movement make this a practical gem. Original hardware perfectly intact and united by stretcher at the base. Simple yet functional design with solid wood feel. This desk has been varnished at some point in its' life but the dark stained oak shows well and can easily be mistaken for Mahogany. The single drawer is useful and the top is meant to be screwed into the original hardware eyelits. Aesthetically, this desk cannot be faulted and is a wonderful example of form and function worthy of incorporating in an office or in an Arts & Crafts home.
