G F Hardy. An oak childs desk with a slanted writing area and storage underneath

About the Item

G F Hardy Manchester. An Arts and Crafts oak childs desk with a slanted writing area and storage underneath. The sides are carved and polychrome painted with a sweet little rabbit and a duck in a picture frame. Little is known of G Hardy but I have had an Art Deco style table in nthe past by G F Hardyand it would seem they were active in the early part of the 20th Century.
