Rare Satinwood French-Made Directoire Brass Trimmed Semanier Dresser
About the Item
These don't normally have satinwood cases! They are usually walnut or cherry, but rarely satinwood. The brass trim and gallery are top quality as is the original hardware, case and finish. The dresser features 6 drawers and fantastic wood quality and the secondaries are solid oak. The piece dates to the 1950s era and is stamped made in France. It looks like examples we've had by Maison Jansen but isn't stamped. The piece dates to the 55.25 tall x 34.75 wide x 18 inches deep. This is a fine and rare example of one of these semaniers, don't miss this one.
