We are delighted to offer for sale this amazing set of 1960s honey oak with glass sliding doors Simplex modular stacking Library bookcases It's very rare to find a complete suite of these especially in such fantastic condition, I have another two-piece bookcase which is a lot large than these pieces, it's more of a sideboard size As mentioned these are modular and each piece can be removed and changed, you can have four small two-piece sections and store the extra, two very very large pieces and two very small, its totally up to you, what a lot of people do is have them in a progressive right-angle formation under stairs for display, you start with a two piece then go to a three, on to a four and finish with a five, they look amazing and due to the two different depths can store most books. The doors slide so no annoying opening and close, again a great space saving idea The timber has been deep cleaned hand condition waxed and hand polished, all the glass has been professional cleaned, this suite for the age is fantastic They were originally designed and used in legal offices but soon became the bookcase of choice for most middle to upper-class homes in the UK Large dimensions: Height:- 166cm Width:- 91.5cm Depth:- 35.5cm Medium dimensions: Height:- 133cm Width:- 91.5cm Depth:- 35.5cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point This item is available for collection from our Wimbledon warehouses SW19-3BE.
