An alternation of rounded shapes and geometrical lines, reassuming discipline and freedom, a composite, multiethnic plan in which each component and each material contributes to the harmonious balance of the piece.
Il Pezzo 1 Black Credenza is completely made of black stained solid oak with thin metal inlays encased in the structure that create a sparkling contrast. The wood is treated with a natural oil that both protects and allows it to breathe, preserving the extraordinary tactile sensation of this exquisite material.
The tabletop features a stunning slab of black Marquinia marble, while the feet are made of brass casting, according to the noblest Tuscan artisan tradition.
Each product is adorned with the “Missing Piece” (“Pezzo Mancante” in Italian): a small brass cylinder containing a unique serial number, guaranteeing its authenticity and individuality.
Custom sizes and finishes are also available to suit every preference.

Il Pezzo Mancante ("The Missing Piece" in English) was born in 2010, created by Cosimo Terzani and Barbara Bertocci. Inspired from their passion for quality raw materials and an innate love for their homeland, Tuscany, they create a world made of authenticity and vision in which you can rediscover an extraordinary rich artisan culture.

Il Pezzo Mancante is an Atelier that designs and creates unique pieces, each one hides a small brass cylinder, containing the serial number, which seals the authenticity and uniqueness.
