Beautiful unadorned Biedermeier Vitrine or Top Showcase, display case or two-part bookcase in cherry veneer from south Germany around 1830.
Cherry wood veneered on softwood. Upper part as a two-door showcase with glass. Ebonized gutter and diamond key crest. Lower part with two doors and standing on solid cherry square pointed legs
Restored and hand polished with shellac
