About the Item
Original blue painted Gustavian armoire or large cupboard from Sweden, early 1800's.
Two cabinet doors with fluted carved panel doors over two functioning drawers, stands over 6.5' tall.
The original blue hand-painted finish has been gently distressed/worn off revealing underlayers of other paint and natural pine below. The overall color impression is pale blue with gray undertones.
Restored, strong, stable and ready for use. All nicks, cracks, scratches and age related separation are reflective of generations of use and do not impact function.
