    This is an impressive and elegant antique English Regency flame mahogany gentleman's wardrobe in the manner of Marsh & Tatham, and Circa 1815 in date. This wonderful tall two door wardrobe features an exquisite cornice with twin leaf scroll carved pediments with acroteria corners above two small drawers. and a pair of ebony moulded triple panel doors, on splayed feet It has a highly attractive pair of ebony moulded flame mahogany triple panel doors and is raised on decoratively carved splayed feet. The doors open to reveal a capacious full width hanging section with brass hanging poles and wooden hooks. Complete with working locks and keys. It is a truly beautiful and spacious wardrobe with handsome proportions and amazingly undisturbed patina. THE BOTANICAL NAME FOR THE MAHOGANY THIS ITEM IS MADE OF IS SWIETENIA MACROPHYLLA AND THIS TYPE OF MAHOGANY IS NOT SUBJECT TO CITES REGULATION.
