Rare Dutch Minimalist bar cart or tea trolley in black powder-coated metal and glass, with three stainless steel chafing surfaces. Upper and lower glass surfaces and Black wheels with white rubber tires. Great design. Attributed to Cees Braakman for Pastoe, c. 1950's located in Brooklyn NYC.
