About the Item

First made popular in the 18th Century this vintage Mahogany Mahogany Pierced Edge Table was likely produced in the 1940’s and retailed by C.H. Lears in Baltimore MD. The table features all of the hallmarks of an original Mahogany Pierced Edge Table including a beautiful mahogany top with solid, hand carved moldings, a turned column and further on down to the cabriole shaped, acanthus carved ball and claw legs which are also rendered in solid mahogany. This table is spectacular in every detail. The Mahogany Pierced Edge Table is a great accent piece that will be the center of attention in any room setting. Measures 30″w x 28.5″h. As with all antique and used pieces of furniture there will be some small signs of wear and tear but overall the piece is in excellent original condition.
