Nicos Zographos Large Oval Travertine Marble Stainless Steel Dining Table MCM
About the Item
Amazingly well-made, a dining or conference table that can also be use as a desk. The top is a broad oval or racetrack that is about 1" thick, with a nice bullnose edge. The Italian travertine is filled and polished to perfection, with no clear coating. This is a very expensive process that produces a very durable surface with superb clarity into the natural stone - very elegant! The base is a hefty and super durable Stainless Steel pedestal with four four splayed legs and pod-like adjustable feet for leveling on uneven floors. Note that the legs are an elongated X, which is in anticipation of six seated guests or more - very practical!
Condition: There is little to no wear or stains to the top, which is in wonderful overall condition. The base is clean and bright with only minor scuffs and oxidation. The top and base weight well over 100lbs each. I would estimate the total weight in the 250-300lbs range.
