An object and its secrets
This collectible item pays tribute to Felizitas, sister to Dolores, Katharina von Brockdorff’s greatgrandmother. These two inseparable sisters were their father’s muses for many paintings, and as such were never forgotten.
Felizitas means happy. The linguistic root “fe” refers to abundance, wealth and prosperity. The idea of happiness as a total satisfaction in your condition is instrumental in moral doctrines inherited from the classical antiquity.
FELIZITAS is therefore happiness, roundness, purity and harmony, in the form of a table.

Katharina Kriener von Brockdorff has chosen alabaster as the emblematic stones for their creations, as it displays a wide variety of lights and patterns.
Combined with brushed brass, alabaster brings warmth and a touch of preciousness to the atmosphere.
