About the Item
The Alkali Coffee table by Christopher Mark is a hand crafted one of one piece. Christopher was inspired by the shape of the chemical compound know as alkali, which is a corrosive substance that has multiple jagged edges in its solid form. The top of the coffee table is made of white oak with a black non-VOC monocoat finish. The legs of the table, made from solid steel are inlayed flush with the the top. Christopher uses LEED certified wood in all pieces which is in accordance with the Forest Stewardship Council’s principles and criteria.
