About the Item
The modern jewel coffee table is designed by Egg Designs and manufactured in South Africa.
This high end, contemporary and bespoke coffee table is evidence of Egg's unique and exploratory approach to materials.
The tabletop is a black nero marquena marble, which is placed on a Brutalist base, crafted from solid French oak cants. The oak is ebonized to create a rich black surface. The black marble top and the ebonized Oak base are held together with custom designed, solid brass screw fixings.
The visual simplicity of this coffee table ensures that it fits equally well in a modern, minimalist or mid-century modern home.
There are many customizable opportunities, you can change the size as well as selecting alternative timbers and/or marbles.
