About

This custom-made coffee table was designed by Chicago architect, Industrial designer, and furniture maker Frederick C. (Fred) Boger. The brass base is beautifully made with thick disk feet and X-stretchers that intersect with a cube. The natural crevices in the travertine are unfilled. The top is supported by a square plywood panel which is attached to the base. The top is attached to the plywood with some type of adhesive.
