  • Chestnut, StudioManda, Coffee Table, Bench, Brass, Limited Edition, Lebanon 2019
    By Georges Mohasseb
    Located in Beirut, LB
Chestnut, Georges Mohasseb Design, 2019 Chestnut is a coffee table/bench cast in brass, oxidized on the bottom (black color), and brushed on top (golden color). Inspired by the chestnut fruit laid out flat and connected all together, the random repetition forms an interesting and beautiful texture and shape allowing the light to go through. This small sculpture, when connected together, forms a structure that can be used as a bench or as a coffee table. The contrast in the finishes adds a certain touch of poetry and enhances the figure-ground. Limited edition of 12. Made in Lebanon
