Piero Fornasetti Bordo Bassorilievo pattern coffee table, circa 1955. The table is decorated with painting and lithographic transfer-printing. The neoclassical band is printed while the marble ground is painted. The table with a lithographic neoclassical transfer-print over painted & lacquered wood, brass, lacquered beech. Dimensions: 17-3/4 inches high x 39-1/4 inches wide x 19-5/8 inches across (45.1 x 99.7 x 49.8 cm) Mark: On Underside with Fornasetti Milano label Reference: Fornasetti: The Complete Universe, Barnaba Fornasetti, page. 389.
