About the Item
Garden or coffee table consisting of an earthenware tile tray with naive decor in the purest provencal tradition.
Lacquered steel base.
From decorative culinary pottery to major artistical pieces, Robert Picault is probably one of the most popular ceramists from Vallauris.
Gold medalist at the Milan's Triennale in 1953, most of his creations is easily recognizable by the use of drawings with copper oxide dried on a white underglaze.
The ceramic top is in excellent condition.
Both structure and feet may show some wear.
Note that the feet are removable, which reduces transport costs.
