About the Item
Very rare and truly stylish, hand forged and gilt, wrought iron coffee table base.
This beautiful design and uniquely hand-crafted table is by a known Spanish maker. To find such a truly unique, top quality made and ideal size coffee table base in this perfect condition more than made our day. Besides this being a beautiful design and it being extremely strong and durable, this finest workmanship specimen also is entirely gilt and that is what really takes this piece to the next level. Ferro Art is mostly known for hand-crafted metal sconces and mirror frames and that is why this table base too is extra special. There simply is not another to be find anywhere on the worldwide web. This one of a kind coffee table will look great in all kinds of interiors and to us this is the interior designer's dream. It will look great in an Art Deco interior, in a Mid Century Modern interior, in some Hollywood regency interiors, in an eclectic interior (with a focus on top quality pieces) and also in some contemporary homes. In our view this 'tres chic' table would look best with a black slate top. There are metal rests on the inside (just below the top rail, see image 11 and 12) where the table top can rest on.
