It features a two tier rectangular skyscraper style base consisting of a rosewood bottom (with a black lacquer top) with another rectangular form (of a smaller surface area) in black lacquer sitting on top of it. A volumetric tapered pentagonal form ascends to the bookmatched rose wood legs. These legs consisting of two tightly spaced rectangular columns, appear nearly as monolithic forms were it not for a generous seam of negative space down the center. The legs attach to a solid rectangular bookmatched rosewood top with a stunning striated natural woodgrain.
